e-guanaToolsTM Technical Support Policy

Each e-guanaTools subscriber account comes with two hours of technical support per month. Unused hours expire at the end of each month, and may not be transferred to future months or applied to previous months. Any technical support beyond two hours per month will be billed at an hourly rate of $105 per hour in 15 minute increments. Up to 3 such billable hours can be incurred per month without notifying the client beforehand. However, the e-guanaTools client can at any time request a written cost estimate of fees that would be incurred for undertaking certain tasks.

The technical support included in the standard e-guanaTools license covers issues directly related to the use of the e-guanaTools software, including:

  • Training on how to use the various software functions.
  • Assistance in creating and editing content department templates.
  • Assistance in creating and editing the account’s graphic template.
  • Assistance in retrieving existing transactions records (e.g. signups, donations made, etc.)
  • The fixing of software or system bugs discovered.

The technical support included in the e-guanaTools license fee does NOT include:

  • Custom design or programming work not itemized in the above list.
  • Training in the use of any software applications that are not part of e-guanaTools (i.e. Dreamweaver, FrontPage, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Training in any programming language including HTML.
  • Recovering of any client data that may have been lost.
  • Development or debugging work on any pages that are not e-guanaTools powered.

The e-guanaTools software is sold on an “as is” basis, and e-guana.net is not liable for any harm that may ensue from inappropriate use of the software, or any downtime that may occur.
