E-guanaTools and e-guana.net respect and protect your privacy. E-guanaTools powered web pages do not collect personally identifiable information unless the user provides it freely of his or her own will, and we do not collect the personally identifiable information of third parties. When the user does provide personally identifiable information, such information is for use by the client organization that created and operates the e-guanaTools page. The types of information collected are also determined by the client organization using e-guanaTools. We neither use nor sell to third parties any personally identifiable information collected through e-guanaTools. The information, however, can be released to law enforcement under court order or subpoena.

Aggregate Data Collection: For each visitor to the e-guana.net web server that hosts e- guanaTools, the server automatically recognizes the visitor's IP address, but not the e-mail address. The e-guanaTools server may also collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. E-guana does not associate any of this information, however, with any personally identifiable information. The client organization may track personally identifiable information for their own purposes, however. What an e-guanaTools client organization decides to do with data they collect using the e-guanaTools software is up to them.

Changes in information practices: From time to time, e-guana.net and the e-guanaTools client organization?s may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in any privacy policy. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our website to notify users of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our website periodically. Users may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by sending an e-mail message to the address provided above and contacting the e-guanaTools client organization that has created and manages the web page in question.

Data Security: We have appropriate, industry standard security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. The information collected is only distributed to relevant staff members (i.e. sales reps, tech support) depending on the nature of the inquiry, and all employees are required to read and be familiar with e-guana's Privacy Policy.
